Coke is always my feel good drink..that drink always makes me feel better..when I got an upset stomach it always helps..if all soda tasted like Pepsi I'd never drink it but coke is another story..lol
I've cleaned up my eating act so much that I don't have many "must have" snacks, but if someone were to put a bag of regular Doritos in front of me I would lose all self control. I can eat an entire family size bag without realizing it. My horrible drink that I cheat on at times is cherry coke ... Mmmmm so good!
I have a question, though, when do these snacks become too much? When do they reach the term "unhealthy?"
Everything in moderation! There is nothing wrong with having a handful of Doritos for a snack every now and then but eating the whole bag is not in your best interest. The only thing I would stay away from no matter what is trans fats. They are the worst fats for your body.
I'm just starting to lose the baby weight I gained with my son and Dunkin Donuts is my downfall! I stop by to get a cup of coffee and end up with a donut or two to go with it. I read your comment about "Everything in monderation" but I need help in cutting out my daily dose of DD...
