Laughter has been know to enhance your mood and relax you. We all know we feel better after having a good laugh with someone. Just make sure its not at someone else's expense.
Movement not only keeps your body healthy but it activates the brain and helps it to function better. It doesn't have to be a 1 hour weight room session, going for a walk will do just fine.
Give A Compliment
It's better to give than to receive right? Look at the face of someone you've just complimented. Look at their joy, their satisfaction, isn't it worth it? Also remember, this might be the ONLY compliment they get all day, make sure you're the one who does it.
Human touch has such an amazing effect on people. There's a reason why we're told to hold babies as much as we can, the contact is good for them. There's even been an experiment where lab rats that were held lived 3 times longer than lab rats that were not held.
Say "I Love You"
The most powerful emotion there is! Professing that love to someone is a pretty amazing deal. They should know how you feel about them. They should NEVER go a day without hearing those words come from your mouth. Not in a relationship? You have parents, siblings, friends, someone who your genuinely love and the deserve to hear it from you.
Take an honest look at yourself and see what's good, and what needs work. And please, make sure you see both sides of that coin. You're not the worst person in the world, but you're not perfect either.
You should never want to be the smartest person in the room. There are learning opportunities all around us if we choose to see them.
Take a moment to give thanks for the blessings your have. You may not have everything in life that you want, but you have more than others.
